Open an application
Click an application anywhere it appears:- A card in the job pipeline
- The Candidate tab on a candidate profile
- The applications view on the Jobs page

What you see
- Comment: a free-text summary of where this application stands.
- Scorecard: structured evaluation of the candidate for this role. Add one manually or let AI generate it from your workspace’s scorecard template.
- Upcoming meetings: the meetings already scheduled with this candidate, with the date and how many people are on the invite.
- Status: once the candidate is rejected or placed, a block here carries the outcome. See rejection and placements.
- Active campaigns the candidate is enrolled in.
- Activity feed: everything that happened, filterable by type. It opens with the stage the application was created in, so a candidate added straight into Interview reads differently from one that walked the whole pipeline. The same stage is on the application’s created event in the API.
- Owner: the teammate responsible
- Stage, and Label and Sub Stage underneath it
- Status: in process, rejected, or placed
- Added to job date and Last Activity
- Any custom fields your workspace uses
Quick actions
From the application you can act directly:- Send email or Enroll in campaign
- Present candidate to the client, or Add to portal to publish them on the Company Portal
- Add note
- Add Scorecard or Generate Scorecard
- Mark placed, creating a placement
- Mark rejected
- The three interview actions, below
The three interview buttons
They look similar and do different things.-
Log client interview records an interview that is already agreed, without mailing
anyone. You give it a title and a time, and optionally toggle Send Calendar
blocker to put the slot in your own calendar. Use it when the client has scheduled
the interview themselves and you only want it on the record.

-
Send interview opens a full calendar invite to the candidate: subject, date,
location, and the online meeting toggle that generates the Teams or Meet link. It is
the meeting composer described in
scheduling a meeting, prefilled for this
application, so you can also insert your signature, a template, or a scheduler link.

- Send interview w/ client does the same, with the client contact on the invite as well.
Rejection
Press Mark rejected and fill in:- Rejected by: rejected by the client, rejected by us, or withdrawn by the candidate
- Marked by: which teammate is recording it
- Rejection reason: one or more reasons, configurable as labels in Settings
- Additional information: free text
- A Send email toggle, if the candidate should hear it from you at the same time

Reject several at once
Closing a job leaves a tail of candidates to let down. Select them with the checkboxes in the job’s Applications view and reject the whole selection in one go. The same bulk action is available on the job pipeline. The dialog is the one above, filled in once for everybody selected: rejected by, marked by, rejection reasons, and additional information. Switch on Send email and each candidate in the selection is mailed.
