Settings → Features is where an admin turns Spott’s workspace-wide capabilities on or off. Features are grouped by area, and each toggle applies to your whole workspace.

Enrichment

Enrichment is not tied to one record type: it fills in profiles, whether that profile is a candidate or a contact.
  • Enable Contact Enrichment: let users enrich a profile’s contact details, such as email and phone. See profile enrichment.
  • Enable Profile Enrichment: let users enrich the profile itself with fresh professional data.
  • Enable AI-Filled Columns: let AI fill in columns from candidate data. See AI-filled columns.
  • Enable Auto-Updating Profiles: keep candidate profiles up to date automatically. See auto-updating profiles.
Each enrichment feature keeps its own History, so you can review every request that was made, what it returned, and what it cost.

The history opens on three counters, total enrichments requested this month, remaining credits with the date the next monthly allowance lands, and your find rate, then one row per request: who was enriched, who asked for it, whether it was a phone or an email, what came back, and how many credits it cost. Export takes the lot out to a file, which is how you reconcile credit spend against what your team actually enriched. Every seat brings 300 enrichment credits a month, and the whole workspace draws on one shared pool rather than a balance per user. Unused credits carry over and expire a year after they were issued, so the counter here is the pool, not your personal allowance. See Billing & Credits.
