Settings → Features is where an admin turns Spott’s workspace-wide capabilities on or off. Features are grouped by area, and each toggle applies to your whole workspace.

Enrichment

  • Enable Contact Enrichment: let users enrich candidate and contact information with email, phone, and LinkedIn data. See contact enrichment.
  • Enable Profile Enrichment: let users enrich candidate profiles with LinkedIn data.
  • Enable AI-Filled Columns: let AI fill in columns from candidate data. See AI-filled columns.
  • Enable Auto-Updating Profiles: keep candidate profiles up to date automatically. See auto-updating profiles.
Each enrichment feature keeps its own History so you can review past requests.
