You can quickly navigate to Reports with G then R. See all keyboard shortcuts. The Reports section is where your recruitment performance lives: revenue, pipeline conversion, activity per person, and anything else you choose to count. This page is the tour of the section. For building an insight from scratch, see building reports.

Report overview

At the top of the page you find a New Report button, plus the reports you already have. They are split into your reports, visible only to you, and a workspace section visible to everyone.
The Reports overview with existing reports
Every workspace starts with three ready-made ones: Client breakdown, Candidates overview, and Team performance. Open them before building your own; they cover most of what teams ask for in the first month.

Reading a report

Click a report to open it. A report is a set of insights, each answering one question, drawn from live data.
A report with insights and the period selector
  • Change the reporting period with 7D, 1M, 3M, 6M, 12M, All, or set a custom date range. It applies across every insight in the report.
  • Drill down to the numbers by clicking through any figure to see the records behind it. This is the fastest way to check whether a metric means what you think.
A report drill-down with underlying data
Reports are for deep, historical analysis; the Dashboard is your personal live snapshot. Data updates in real time, and you can export a drilldown to Excel, but reports cannot be scheduled or emailed automatically yet.

Building and changing reports

Adding an insight, picking a record type, choosing between Pivot, Historical Values, Funnel and Time in Stage, grouping, filtering, setting targets, and picking a visualization are all covered step by step in building reports.

Who can see what

Who can view, manage, and export reports is controlled per role from Settings → Security. See managing access.
