• CV parsing: drag and drop up to 1,000 CVs and Spott extracts profiles for your review, or forward CVs to cv@spott.io for fully automatic processing.
• CV diffing: re-upload a newer CV and Spott detects and merges only what changed.
• Enrichment: find missing emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn URLs automatically, and keep profiles fresh with auto-updates from LinkedIn.
• AI-filled columns: define an attribute with a prompt and Spott fills it for every record.

Finding the right people

• Matching: AI ranks your whole database against a job’s criteria with 0 to 100 match scores and per-criterion explanations.
• AI search: describe your ideal profile in plain language, paste a job description, and search the whole pool, including notes and attachments, from the Search tab.
• AI text to filters: type “React developer with 5+ years in California” in the filter box and Spott builds the filters.
• Inbound triage: every applicant is scored against the role automatically.
