Spott connects to the tools recruitment teams already use. Most integrations are enabled under Settings → Integrations (workspace-wide, by an admin) or Settings → Accounts (personal connections). The always up-to-date catalog lives at spott.io/integrations.
Enabling an integration requires the relevant license or add-on. Not every integration is included in every plan.

Phone & messaging

  • WhatsApp: sync WhatsApp conversations into Spott.
  • Call from Spott with the in-platform dialer; calls are logged, transcribed, and summarized. See phone calls in Spott and the setup guides for Aircall, RingCentral, and Ringover.
  • Dialpad and VoIPPlay: click-to-call with calls, notes, and recordings syncing back automatically. Devyce is set up on the partner’s side.
  • TalentLynk, CoRecruit: partner-built calling and interview-notes integrations.
