Devyce is a cloud business phone. It offers click-to-call with calls, notes, and recordings syncing back to Spott. It is configured on Devyce’s side rather than in Spott’s integration settings.

Connect

Follow Devyce’s own setup to link it with your Spott workspace, or contact Devyce for help. There is nothing to enable under Settings → Integrations in Spott. When you set it up with Devyce, cover these two points so everything lands correctly in Spott:
  • Enable call recording in Devyce. Spott transcribes the recordings Devyce sends, so without recording no transcript or note is created.
  • Map each user’s number to their own Spott user. Devyce sets this mapping up on their side; it is what attributes each call note to the right person. With a single shared connection and no mapping, every note is attributed to one user.

What to expect

Once configured, calls, notes, and transcripts appear on the right candidate or contact automatically shortly after each call ends; no manual sync is needed. If notes don’t appear or land under the wrong person, check the two points above with Devyce.
This is a general summary. See Devyce’s own documentation for what the tool does and the exact setup steps.
