DataChecker brings identity checks into Spott. Use it when a placement requires you to prove who someone is: the candidate verifies their identity document, and the verified result comes back onto their record instead of living in a mailbox. Two checks are supported:
  • ID verification: the candidate’s identity document is checked against the issuing source, so you hold a verified result rather than a photo of a passport.
  • Verified upload: the candidate uploads a document through DataChecker, which confirms it before it reaches you.

Connect

Enable DataChecker under Settings → Integrations → DataChecker and connect your DataChecker account.
Only workspace admins can enable this integration. A DataChecker account is required.
