Send documents for e-signature with Nitro straight from Spott. Send any attachment to one or more recipients and track signature status from the record’s files, without switching tools. It works the same way as the DocuSign integration.

Connect

Enable Nitro under Settings → Integrations → Nitro and connect your Nitro account. You can then send an attachment for signature from any record’s files.
Only workspace admins can enable this integration. A Nitro account is required.
Spott can tell you the moment an envelope is completed, in the app or by email. Turn it on under notifications.

Track signature status

Once a document is out, its status sits on the record’s files rather than in your inbox. A badge such as Signed by 1 recipient shows the state at a glance, and opening it shows who sent it and when, then each recipient with their own status, so a two-signature document tells you which half you are waiting on. Signature events also fire webhooks, so a finance or contract system can react without anyone forwarding a confirmation.
