Multiposting means publishing a job opening to multiple external job boards at the same time. There are thousands of job boards worldwide, so Spott partners with specialist multiposting providers rather than integrating each board directly.

How it works

  1. Open the job’s Advertising tab.
  2. Choose a multiposter: Publish to Broadbean, Publish to Idibu, or Publish to VDAB (for the Flemish public job board).
  3. The provider’s interface opens inside Spott. From there you select boards, configure the posting, and publish.
Your multiposting subscription is with the provider, not with Spott. Pricing, posting credits, and per-board fees are handled in your Broadbean or Idibu account. Available boards and posting rules are managed there too.

Supported multiposters

  • Broadbean (AdCourier): see the setup guide.
  • Idibu: enabled under Settings → Integrations.
  • VDAB Vacature: for publishing to VDAB, enabled per workspace.

Inbound applications

Multiposting is a two-way channel. When a candidate applies to a job you posted:
  1. The multiposter routes the application back to Spott automatically.
  2. Spott parses the candidate’s CV through the standard parsing pipeline.
  3. A candidate profile is created, or the existing profile is updated if the person is already in your database.
  4. The application lands on that job’s Inbound tab, ranked by AI, ready for review.
Applications flow back into Spott without manual exporting or importing. If you use Broadbean’s Candidate Hub flow, applications are also available for review in Broadbean itself; see the Broadbean setup guide for the flow options.
