Spott supports quick keyboard shortcuts so you can navigate and work faster. The logic is simple:
  • G = Go to: jump to a section in the sidebar
  • A = Add: create a new record or action
Shortcuts are typed as a sequence: press the first key, then the second.

Press G, then the letter of the section.

Global Add menu

Press A, then the letter of the action. The same menu opens from the + button beside the search icon, and it lists each shortcut next to its action, so you can stop reaching for this page once the ones you use have stuck.

Notes

  • Shortcuts for features your workspace has not enabled, for example Opportunities or Campaigns, are left out of the menus. A few still respond to the key combination, so a shortcut you cannot see may occasionally open a dialog you were not expecting.
  • On a candidate profile, the Actions menu has its own shortcuts, shown next to each action (for example Shift + E to send an email).
  • More shortcuts are added as new actions become available.
