Settings → Billing shows your subscription, seat usage, and credit balance, and is where you top up credits.

Subscription and seats

The Subscription Plan section shows your current plan, active seats (for example 29 of 100), and billing status. Spott’s plans are CORE and PRO; see spott.io for what each includes. Some workspaces have their subscription managed externally, in which case you contact your administrator for plan changes.

Credits

Credits pay for enrichment, auto-updating profiles, automations, and other actions. The page shows your Available Credits and any Monthly Credits Subscription allowance. To top up, use Purchase Credits:
  • Monthly Subscription: a recurring monthly credit allowance at a lower per-credit price.
  • One-Time Purchase: a one-off block of credits.
Credits are shared across features and tracked centrally in your workspace. The page lists the cost of each action, so you can estimate spend before enabling credit-using features.
The credit costs for enrichment and other actions
Credits expire one year after they are issued. They do not reset each month, so an unused balance carries over until that point.
