# Quickstart

> Set up your Spott workspace and run your first recruiting workflow.

Welcome to **Spott**, the AI-native ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies. This guide
gets you from signing in to running your first workflow.

    Head to [app.spott.io](https://app.spott.io) and sign in with your workspace
    credentials. If you don't have an account yet, contact your workspace admin or
    [reach out to us](mailto:support@spott.io).

    Five minutes well spent: read
    [how Spott is organized](/docs/get-started/how-spott-is-organized) to understand
    the record types and the one-person-one-record model that everything builds on.

    Connect your **email and calendar** under Settings → Accounts so Spott can send
    and log communication, invite your team, and configure your
    [pipeline stages](/docs/settings/overview).
