# Your Profile

> Manage how you appear in Spott, change your password, and set up multi-factor authentication and single sign-on.

**Settings → Profile** is your own account: how you appear to colleagues, and how you
get in.

## How you appear

Update your **profile picture**, **username**, and **initials**, which are shown as
your avatar badge when no picture is set. Click **Update profile** to apply the change.

## Signing in

* **Change your password** at any time from this page.
* **Multi-factor authentication** is switched on by your **admin** for the whole
  workspace, not by you. Once it is required, you add an **authenticator app** to your
  account here. See [managing access](/docs/settings/managing-access).

<Note>
  **Single sign-on needs no setup.** Log in the first time through your invite link and
  create a password. From then on you can sign in with **Microsoft or Google** instead,
  using the account your Spott user is registered with.
